This course is designed to equip leaders and movement network developers with the base knowledge and skills needed to build and sustain a network of multipliers. It covers core responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring a strong foundation for effective and sustainable multiplication.
In this course you will:
- Identify who will be responsible for movement development on your team
- Develop five media to movements-specific practices to equip your multipliers
- Draft a plan to regularly coach, equip and develop the movement network
Who should take this course?
The team member(s) responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and keeping multipliers accountable. This is often the leader, but sometimes another team member takes on some or all of these tasks to support the leader and help grow the media to movements efforts.
